Energy@home

​Andrea Ranalli, chairman of the Energy@home Standardization Committee, is going to participate at the IoT initiatives sessionof the IoT 360 Summit in Rome.

In his talk he is going to describe the ongoing activities and the main achievements of Energy@home. The talk will address issues related to IoT Communication as an enabler to value demand-side energy flexibility and to provide post-meter value added services with specific focus on the Italian context. The role of smart meter and smart appliances and an analysis of the amount of available flexibility will be discussed and experimental results will be provided based upon a pilot project.
